Priority Support
Most customers should do well with our free basic support- we're always happy to resolve any issues you have with the service, and try to get back to all customers as soon as possible.
For customers that need it, we do offer a priority support tier which costs $5.00 per thirty days. With priority support, we will try to give your questions and issues priority, and are more willing to help with issues that may fall outside the normal scope of the service. You should only enable this if you have a need for it.
Enabling/Disabling Priority Support 
This can be done from the account management page. Note that your yearly charge limit will be increased by $65.00 and you will be immediately and nonrefundably charged for the first month (to prevent abuse).
