We’ve put a lot of work into our documentation. It’s the fastest way to find answers for domain setup, server settings, and common questions.

2. Join the Community

For "how-to" questions or help with third-party apps like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail, our Discord community is a fantastic resource. You'll often get a much faster answer there from fellow users.

3. Report a Bug

Notice something acting weird or want to suggest an enhancement? We track bugs and feature requests on our public issue tracker. Please check if someone else has reported or requested it first and add a thumbs up or comment!

4. Contact Support

When you've exhausted the self-service options, our team is here to help with critical issues. Direct contact is our final option for problems only we can resolve. You can reach us via email or our helpdesk. Please note that as a small team, response times can vary.
